TourPulse ("we") processes data on behalf of tour operators ("agencies") and their travelers. Agencies are the data controller for traveler PII; TourPulse acts as a processor.
What we collect
- Agency staff: name, email, agency profile
- Travelers: name, phone, tour enrollment, documents uploaded by the agency
- Usage: proposal views, app opens (aggregated analytics)
Your rights
Agencies may request data export via the dashboard Compliance page. Travelers should contact their tour operator for access or deletion requests.
