Complete App Design Studio: logo, colors, welcome message. Publish one active design. Preview on your phone from the builder — travelers will see the same chrome.
Day 3–4: Package & quote
Create a package from a template (Kerala 7D, UK Heritage Weekend, etc.) or blank. Build itinerary and stays. Share a proposal link to a friendly client or internal tester; check Enquiries.
Day 5–7: Publish & join
When ready, publish (consumes one credit or pilot free publish). Send join link and tour code to enrolled travelers. Track join rate in analytics. Use ops checklist for rooming and guest list to hotels.
