What you'll achieve
Ask in plain language, review what Anvi drafts, approve it — and keep an eye on AI credits.
Step-by-step instructions
- 1
Ask Anvi
Open Anvi from the sidebar and type what you need, e.g. "Create an enquiry for Rahul Sharma for Goa, 12–17 Oct, 4 adults" or "Show my pending follow-ups". Quick actions and example prompts start common tasks in one click.
Open Anvi - 2
Review the action card
When a request changes data (a new enquiry, an RFQ or a quote), Anvi shows an action card with every detail it captured. Use Edit details to correct fields, or Add more info to tell Anvi what to add.
ImportantNothing is saved or sent until you approve the card. Quotes and RFQs are saved as drafts only. - 3
Approve or cancel
Approve applies the change with your own permissions — Anvi can never do more than you can in the dashboard. Cancel discards the draft.
What you'll have when done: The card shows Completed with a link to the new or updated record. - 4
Use context and files
When you are working on an enquiry, Use context lets Anvi look it up. Attach file sends a text file (.txt, .csv, .md, .json) with your message.
- 5
Understand AI credits
Each message uses credits once, at its most expensive step — a simple question or lookup costs least, drafting a record change more, comparisons and analysis the most. Failed messages are free. Your plan sets a monthly allowance; "What counts as a credit?" on the Anvi page shows the current costs.
