How to share client quotes

Step-by-step instructions

   Open Share on the package

   In the builder, go to the Share step (or tour detail Share panel). The system creates a snapshot link on first share.

   Choose a channel

   Email quote sends from Tripitour. SMS, WhatsApp, and copy link pre-fill message text with your quote URL. PDF opens print view.

   Pro tipPrice on the client page is off by default — share itinerary first, discuss price on call.

   Refresh after changes

   If you change hotels or days, click Update shared quote so clients see the latest snapshot.

   Track views and enquiries

   Link opens and Get a quote form submissions appear on the Share panel stats and in Enquiries.

   Follow up enquiries

   Set status: New → Contacted → Quoted → Booked. Schedule follow-ups and reply via WhatsApp from Enquiries.
