Publish first
Join links activate only after publish. Draft tours cannot enroll travelers.

Get join link and tour code
From tour roster or tour detail, copy the join link or 5-digit code. Send via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Traveler opens link or enters code
They land on /join/{code}, enter name and phone, and open your branded traveler app with your App Design.

Track enrollment
Passengers page and per-tour roster show who joined vs max capacity.
