   Create your agency workspace

   Sign up with agency name, billing region (India or International), and work email. Confirm via the email link within 24 hours.

   What you'll have when done: You receive a confirmation email and can sign in to an empty dashboard.

   Open Tour packages (sample ready)

   New India workspaces get a Kerala sample draft automatically. Open Tour packages — or create your own anytime (Logo & colours are optional).

   What you'll have when done: You see at least one draft package (often Kerala Sample) ready to price.

   Add an enquiry

   Record who called or messaged — name and phone once. They appear under Enquiries and My customers.

   What you'll have when done: Enquiry saved with contact details ready for quotation.

   Send a quotation on WhatsApp

   From Quotations or the enquiry, set ₹ amount and send. Opens WhatsApp — tap Send. No Meta setup required.

   What you'll have when done: Quote saved; WhatsApp opens with the message ready to send.

   Optional: Logo & colours

   Under My agency → Logo & colours, set logo and colours when you can. Not required to create packages or send quotes.

   What you'll have when done: Active design shows under Logo & colours; traveler app matches your brand.

   Make live & send join link

   Making live uses your trip publish balance (1 from trip publish balance or pilot free live trip). Then send the join link and 5-digit tour code so travelers enroll on your branded app.

   What you'll have when done: Tour status is Live; join link and tour code available from Guest list.

   ImportantMaking live cannot be undone for billing — ensure itinerary and dates are final.
