   Create your agency workspace

   Sign up with agency name, billing region (India or International), and work email. Confirm via the email link within 24 hours.

   What you'll have when done: You receive a confirmation email and can sign in to an empty dashboard.

   Complete App Design Studio

   Upload logo, set brand colors, and welcome message. Publish one design as active — every package inherits this branding automatically.

   What you'll have when done: App Design shows “Active” and the package creation gate is unlocked.

   Create a package

   Start from a template (e.g. Kerala 7D) or blank canvas. Enter tour name and destination to open the builder.

   What you'll have when done: A draft tour appears under Packages with builder steps on the left.

4. 4

   Build itinerary in the package builder

   Complete Basics → Group → Itinerary → Stays → Docs → Share. Save progress at any step — drafts are never billed.

   What you'll have when done: Day-by-day plan, hotels, and policies are saved on a draft package.

   Share a client quote (optional before publish)

   From the Share step, send email, SMS, WhatsApp, or copy link. Track enquiries and views in Sales desk.

   What you'll have when done: Client opens a live proposal link; enquiries appear with status “New”.

   Publish & send join link

   Publishing activates billing (one credit or pilot publish). Then send the join link and 5-digit tour code so travelers enroll on your branded app.

   What you'll have when done: Tour status is Published; join link and tour code available from roster/passengers.

   ImportantPublish cannot be undone for billing — ensure itinerary and dates are final.
