    Set tour name, destination, start/end dates, and optional tagline. Dates drive day count in itinerary.

    2. Group & inclusions

    Define max travelers, inclusions/exclusions, cancellation policy, and pricing hints for internal use.

    3. Day-by-day plan

    Add activities per day with times, locations, and notes. Reorder days or activities as needed.

    4. Hotels & check-in/out

    Add properties with check-in/check-out dates aligned to itinerary days. Multi-hotel tours are supported.

    5. Traveler documents

    Attach vouchers, PDFs, or links travelers need. Upload via presigned storage — files stay private to your agency.
