   Set tour name, destination, start/end dates, optional tagline, and who the tour is for (segment and group size). Policies & rules can be added later when going live or from My agency → Inclusions & policies.

   Add activities per day with times, locations, and notes. Reorder days or activities as needed.

   Pro tipKeep activity titles short — they show on the traveler app timeline.

   3. Hotels & check-in/out

   Add properties with check-in/check-out dates aligned to itinerary days. Multi-hotel tours are supported.

   4. Included & excluded

   List what travelers get and what is not covered. Pick from your agency library or add custom lines — shown on the app and booking page.

   5. Share quote & launch

   Create proposal links, preview as client, and access publish controls. Upload traveler documents from Passengers when you publish or later — not required while drafting.
