Step-by-step instructions

    Open Sales desk

    Sidebar → Sales desk. Badge shows new enquiries needing reply.

    Open in TourPulse
  2. 2

    Review new enquiries

    Each row shows client name, tour, time waiting, and preferred dates. New items highlight for quick response.

  3. 3

    Update status

    Move leads through New → Contacted → Quoted → Booked → Lost. Add notes for your team.

  4. 4

    WhatsApp or call

    Use WhatsApp shortcut on a lead row or copy proposal link again from the package Share step.

  5. 5

    Filter by tour

    Use tour filter in URL or package Share panel link to focus on one departure’s pipeline.
